Cannot open Lotus Notes Web Navigator Database

  1. Open Lotus Notes
  2. On your Workspace, click on File > Preferences > Location Prefrences.
  3. Click on Internet Browser tab.
  4. Click on the drop down icon and select Notes with Internet Explorer.
  5. Then Save and Close.
  6. Retry accessing the email.
