- Click File – Mobile – Locations.
- Click the arrow down of New button and select Location.
- On the Basic tab, type your preferred location name on the Location name field. It can be your name. The Location type field should have Local Area Network value.
- Click the Servers tab. Type the Notes server of your Mail database. Leave the other fields blank.
- Click the Mail tab. Type your Mail filename, including the complete path. Type the Mail domain. Other configurations should have same value as shown on the picture below.
- Click the Save & Close button. Click the X button of your Local Address book.
