Disabling IE Pop-up Blocker

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools > Internet Options
3. Click on Privacy tab.
4. Under Pop-up Blocker section.
5. Uncheck Block pop-ups.
6. Click OK button and retry accessing the webpage.
